The AI Workflow Risk & Readiness Assessment is a short, paid engagement designed to evaluate your existing workflows and determine:

  • Which workflows are unsafe to automate
  • Which workflows may benefit from AI assistance
  • Where human oversight is required
  • What risks must be explicitly controlled
  • What kind of system architecture would be responsible

The outcome is not a demo or a prototype.

What we evaluate

The assessment focuses on a small number of representative workflows — not everything at once.

For each workflow, we examine:

  • Inputs (documents, emails, structured data)
  • Decisions being made
  • Outputs produced
  • Who is accountable today
  • What would happen if the system were wrong

We then analyze risks across dimensions such as:

  • Interpretation and ambiguity risk
  • Hallucination and fabrication risk
  • Escalation and visibility risk
  • Auditability and traceability
  • Cost and usage volatility
  • Operational failure modes

This allows us to distinguish between:

  • Workflows that should remain human-controlled
  • Workflows suitable for assisted automation
  • Workflows that could be automated under supervision
  • Workflows that may approach autonomy with sufficient guardrails

What you receive

At the end of the assessment, you receive a concise, structured report that includes:

  • An executive summary with clear recommendations
  • A classification of reviewed workflows by automation suitability
  • Identified risks and failure modes
  • Required guardrails and control points
  • A high-level architectural approach appropriate to your constraints
  • Clear next-step options

This report stands on its own — even if you choose not to proceed further.

How engagements typically work

Early engagements are collaborative by design.

The core execution architecture already exists, but each system is intentionally refined against real-world constraints: actual data, real users, and real failure modes.

This approach prioritizes correctness and durability over speed or novelty — and reflects how systems meant to operate in production are responsibly built.

  • A commitment to build
  • An experiment with live data

It is a deliberate step toward making informed decisions about automation.

What happens next

Based on the findings, teams typically choose one of the following paths:

  • Take no action (and understand why)
  • Automate a single workflow safely
  • Revisit automation after prerequisites are addressed
  • Proceed to co-design and implementation of a production system
