What we do
We design, build and operate Solutions: AI systems that take on a defined piece of routine work and put your company’s own knowledge to use. Each Solution has a defined purpose, a clear scope, and someone responsible for the system behind it. Your people keep control of important decisions; we keep the system working.
Typical starting points are the steps that carry real business knowledge and set how much work a company can handle: an estimator assembling information before a quote, an account manager finding the history behind a customer’s question, a team keeping track of who was promised a callback.

- We establish what starts the work, what information it needs, who makes the decisions, and what a useful result looks like. It begins with a conversation, in your words, at Your first Solution.
- Built
- Your Solution uses approved information and explicit review requirements. Depending on the engagement, your team reaches it through a private dashboard, from your own software through our API, or both.
- Operated
- We monitor operation, investigate failures, and manage changes within your service agreement. Improvements are evaluated against the purpose of your Solution.
What stays with your team
- Decisions. We agree which actions require your team’s approval and build those review points into the workflow.
- Knowledge. Access to your business knowledge is governed by tenant boundaries and explicit permissions.
- Records. We maintain execution and change records to support monitoring, investigation and ongoing improvement.
